Term & Condition Please read carefully the following terms and conditions when you make a reservation. Any information should be clear or you need further clarification, please feel free to email us, and we will be happy to give you the information you need.

Reservation Procedure

You will receive a reply within 1×24 hours. If your reservation can not be confirmed, our team will contact you and offer alternative suggestions.

Confirmation Slip, Invoice Performance

We will send you a confirmation slip and invoice via e-mail when your reservation is confirmed. (Please print the confirmation slip and bring with you).

Payment

Full payment will be received on your arrival and you will receive the original invoice from us. 50% deposit payment should be made in advance prior to arrival via bank accounts, EDC, or paypal (excluded transaction fare) and the payment will be accepted on arrival with the following conditions :

Prices are indicative and are subject to change and are dependent on prices of input costs and final itinerary.

50% deposit required 30 days before arrival during peak season. 50% deposit required 15 days before arrival during low season.

Cancellation system for 20 days before the tour  will be in response activities, and be at a discounted refund of 15%, and for cancellation 5 days prior to refund unacceptable.

Travel Documents

Every international traveler shall be responsible to obtain the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times.

All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of a passport with at least six months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof of onward journey, either return of through tickets. Please read carefully the general information on visa regulations.

Law of Treaties

Law of the Republic of Indonesia will govern this contract. Any claim or legal action arising related to this agreement, the Republic of Indonesia rules will apply.

Force Majeure

Including war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, fire, adverse weather conditions, water levels in rivers, labor disputes or disturbances, material shortages or the issue of rationing, technical or treatment with transfer, unforeseen operational decisions of airlines such as changes of schedule, or the occurrence of unexpected or unavoidable beyond the control of us.
